At Superior Employment Services (SES), we are dedicated to providing Parents with 'learning pods' by bringing the classroom into the home instead of the traditional school setting; it is a creative way to make sure your children are getting the hands on learning and the socialization they need from the Safety of your Home.
SES Pod Teachers use individualized instruction to help ensure that your child continues to learn during school closures, or remote education and avoids academic regression. We provide full day or partial day Learning Pods depending on your bubble's need and can work with your child’s school to ensure that all content areas are covered. Your child will stay safe while continuing to thrive academically.
What is Learning Pods
Learning pods are small group of students who are "in class" together at someone's home guided and led by a real live teacher, or tutors to supplement distance learning from their school.
The pod will provide students with a predictable schedule and structure, which will make the children feel anchored and safe.
Creating a learning pod can be an incredibly rewarding experience for students, families and schools, and a great way to make friends and learn.
Learning Bubbles with Superior Employment services in Michigan will match your child's need with a highly qualified, experienced teacher to provide in-home education for a learning pod of 2-6 or even 8 in a group of students. A teacher with an intensive classroom teaching experience in a classroom setting can give your child at home, and the learning bubble, the safe and supportive environment needed to continue their education and succeed with distance learning. We work closely with parents and teachers to support your child's education.
KEEPING YOUR FAMILY SAFE At-Home Education Pods
Our main goal is to keep your family and children safe. Your child will stay safe while continuing to thrive academically. Our teachers and families will be required to wear masks, and follow our Covid 19 policy, including daily symptoms and exposure screening and assessment, in addition, to agreeing upon policies between the pod leaders and families.
Our Pod Teachers:
- Have a Background checks and Livescan fingerprinting, a copy of a clear criminal history should be sent to an assigned district directly from the State of Michigan.
- Must meet the Michigan Department of Education Regulations. .
- Must have a Michigan Department of Education sub teacher permit.
We provide a safe, comfortable environment for each learning pod session.
