SES Direct-Hire program allows employers to consider our selected qualified candidates for a direct position. The program enables your district to employ our qualified candidate immediately with a one-time placement fee

Superior Employment Services handles all the hassle when it comes to substitute services. We handle payroll management for our subs, and all of our employees are fully covered through our own Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, Liability and Professional Insurance.
