Please Note: If the posted date is a Holiday, or a Holiday falls in the week of the payroll, the actual pay date will be the following business day!
Personal and Payment Information: Substitute teachers are responsible for keeping their contact, address, and payroll information up to date. You can manage your personal and payroll details by logging into your QuickBooks Workforce account.
Please note: Bank updates made Monday through Thursday may not take effect until the following week’s payday. For example, if you update your bank account information on a Wednesday, your Friday payment may still go to your previously listed account.
To ensure your payment is processed correctly and on time, the SES Payment Processing Department strongly recommends making any BANK Information updates before Monday of the payment schedule week.
